Aeries Data Confirmation

Data Confirmation is the annual online process that requires parents and guardians to review, update, and cofirm essential student and family information. This process helps to ensre the school district and each school site has accurate and current details for each enrolled Chino Valley USD student. During Data Confirmation, families will be able to edit and review information such as:
- Emergency Contacts
- Medical Conditions
- Authorizations
- District Policies
To complete the Data Confirmation Process, parents/guardians MUST be logged into their Aeries Parent Portal account. Parent portal accounts are automatically created when a student is enrolled . If you do not have an Aeries Parent Portal account, please, contact us at (909) 627-9144. We will be happy to assist you with troubleshooting your Aeries parent account. If you forgot your password, click on Forgot Password and follow the steps to recover access to your account. If you are experiencing a notification requiring a verification code thorugh the app, please bypass the app by going to the Chino Valley Unified School District webpage >click on the PARENTS tab>>RESOURCES>AERIES PORTAL.

***Agendas, temporary id cards, and parent and student handbooks will be sent home with your student on the first day of school.
